Because of that study, my musicality has increased significantly. Since then, and I have learned harmonica, mandolin and now violin (that's going to be a long process :)). "Dr Michael is fantastic. my daughter has been taking classes for 10 years and in the last 1.5 years virtually. Dr. Michael isn't just an outstanding pianist himself, but he truly has a gift for teaching. his teaching style is focused, yet fun, he has patience (not every piano teacher does), and he really can convey not just the mechanics and theory of the music, but (and this is very rare) has a gift of teaching you to play with emotion, and make the pieces sound 1000 times better than just playing them mechanically. I liked his teaching my daughter so much, that I signed up for classes myself and I can't believe how much I learned in just 2 years of piano (as an adult). Plus being virtual is just as effective as in person and we don't have to drive around in rush hour after school to classes and back. What's not to like!! we love it and highly recommend Apollo Academy and its teachers."
