Bio:
Susana G. is a versatile Spanish pianist with a great artistic and musical sensitivity who has focused her career on classical music, collaborative projects, and music education. She has a special passion for sharing and carrying out projects with other musicians, as well as for the transmission of musical knowledge and experiences that can inspire and help others to become musicians. Susana developed her training and musical career in Spain, the Netherlands and Germany. Her musical journey began in 1999 at the age of 8 in Granada, Spain, where she studied piano under the guidance of the Russian teacher Tamara Romadina, with whom she would train throughout the course of her musical studies in Spain, culminating in the attainment of a Higher Degree in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music ‘Victoria Eugenia’ in 2017.
Benefiting from an Erasmus scholarship, Susana enriched her musical education during a year of intensive training at the Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg, Germany, under the mentorship of Ekaterina Danilova. In addition, she enriched her piano training by participating in master classes with remarkable piano masters such as Claudio Martínez Mehner, Pavel Nersessian, Enrico Pace, Edoardo Torbianelli, Galina Eguiazarova, Klara Würtz, Péter Nagy, John Salmon, and Ludmil Angelov, among others. Her experiences in chamber music and as an accompanist pianist ignited a passion for collaborative projects. This led her to pursue a Master's Degree in Vocal and Instrumental Accompaniment at the Maastricht Conservatory in the Netherlands, where for four years she also worked as a teacher, accompanist pianist, and opera repertoire pianist. In 2019, Susana embarked on a notable tour in Leipzig, Germany, with the ‘Young Talent Class’ from the Maastricht Conservatory, presenting captivating concerts at venues such as the Bach Museum, Mendelssohn House-Museum, and Schumann House-Museum. Her artistry and dedication have showcased in various Chamber Music Festivals in the Netherlands and Spain. Additionally, she has worked as an Opera Pianist at the Theater of Aachen, Germany.
Susana currently remains actively engaged in her artistic pursuits and shares her expertise as a music instructor in music schools in Granada, imparting private lessons and teaching through online music academies and schools, connecting with students from diverse parts of the world.
